Established in 2009 by seasoned consultants who worked in a global consulting firm and shared a vision. A vision to coordinate a network of professionals who genuinely care for their clients by offering excellent consulting value in areas where we have significant expertise and experience. A vision to care for the consultants that we work with, and the staff that support them, in noteworthy and practical ways.
The company has established consistent consulting relationships with many blue-chip multi-national and public sector clients as well as a high caliber of independent consultants.We continue to seek ways to make our value offering current, relevant, practical, and differentiated.
We are value-focused and deliver ethical, professional, and high quality work. Our business model provides experienced consultants who deliver from day one. We work closely with our consultants in a transparent way to identify the most suitable role relative to their personal circumstances, ambitions, skills, and remuneration requirements.

Clinton van Winkel
Managing Director and Partner
Clinton van Winkel has a B.A (Law and International Relations) from Wits and a B.SocSc. (Hons) (cum laude) (Industrial Psychology and Industrial Sociology) from UND (now UKZN). His consulting career began with Deloitte Consulting in the field of change management. Clinton has since gained extensive experience in organisational transformation and alignment, project portfolio management (PPM), end-to-end business processes, ERP systems (especially SAP), as well as the processes involved in company visioning and strategic planning. Predominant industry experience is in Mining, Engineering, Manufacturing, Energy, Banking, and Insurance. Clinton has developed group-wide change management strategies and methodologies for three of South Africa’s largest companies and a large parastatal. He has worked in London, Qatar, and Kenya.

Penny Moerane
Director and Partner
Penny Moerane studied BSocSci (Economics and Industrial Psychology) (Rhodes), Hons BA (Industrial Psychology) (UNISA) and is Prosci certified. She started her consulting career with Affinity Logic (now part of UCS) as a Change Management Analyst where she was involved in mainly SAP R/3 Retail implementations focusing on training, communication, go-live support and post implementation reviews. She then joined Deloitte Consulting as a Human Capital Consultant. Her Deloitte career involved several large scale ERP implementations in various industries including Telecommunication, Mining, Energy and Manufacturing. Before joining Exactitude Consulting in August 2014, she worked as an Independent Consultant for approx. seven years in the Financial, Broadcasting, Transport and Retail industries in various change management roles.

Herman Lombard
Head of Business Development & Partner
Herman Lombard has a B.Eng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering and Management of Technology from the University of Pretoria and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Netherlands and Wharton School of Business, Philadelphia, USA. He started his career as a manager in the packaging industry and then joined Deloitte Consulting in the field of strategy and operations. He is especially skilled and experienced in the work of portfolio, program, and project Management (PPM) for CAPEX and OPEX projects, strategy development and execution, as well as business process re-engineering.

Marlene Klopper
Financial Risk Management and Corporate Governance Lead
Marlene Klopper is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and our Financial Risk Management and Corporate Governance Lead. She started her career at KPMG as a manager in Internal Audit Services and joined Group Five Limited as the manager for Internal Audit and Risk Management. Marlene then worked for ABSA and during a 10-year period held various positions including Chief of Staff, General Manager, Group Credit Finance Manager, as well as Back Office Manager and Group SOX Controller.

Nicky Stapelberg
Technology Lead
Nicky Stapelberg is Exactitude Consulting’s Technology Lead. Working at Deloitte Consulting and then as an independent consultant, he has managed many complex projects and programmes over the last 17 years. Nicky has consulted in Africa, the USA, and Qatar in the FMCG, Financial, Gas-to-Liquids, Oil and Gas, Mining, Automotive, Manufacturing, and Steel industries. He has a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, SCRUM Master Certification, and PMP Certification from the Houston Chapter of the PMI.

Paul Cook
Associate
Paul Cook has been involved with programme / project management for 21 years. He holds a Bsc Hons Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering and is ASAP Certified as a SAP Project Manager. He has experience in Mining, Insurance, Banking, Electrical Generation, Petro-Chemicals, Steel, as well as National and Local Government.
Paul has run projects in several African countries and implemented a range of SAP modules including Collections and Disbursements, BW, PPM, Finance, Materials Management, Cost Control, Planned Maintenance, Project Systems, Human Resources, Payroll, and Portals. He has also been involved in the integration and upgrading of various other applications such as the Lotus Notes based Capital Procurement System.

Corine Nicolai
Financial Manager
Corine Nicolai has 15 years’ experience in accounts administration. She began her career at a regional KZN diversified power supplier handling all invoicing and payments. She then worked at a church dealing with end-to-end administration and account management after which she became the administrator of a small Waldorf school. Corine has been with Exactitude Consulting since its inception and is primarily responsible for all accounts receivable and payable.

Christelle Clarke
People Manager
Christelle Clarke has 10 years’ experience in the consulting industry. Her recruitment career began with Insource ICT and she then joined Gijima AST responsible for internal and external recruitment. Christelle moved to Kenexa (an international recruitment firm for SAP Africa and Microsoft) after which she worked for Barnstone as their resource manager. She joined Exactitude Consulting for in 2011. Christelle is primarily responsible for managing recruitment relationships with consultants and clients, business and director support, vendor registrations as well as statutory information and updates including the BBBEE verification process.

Brenda Steinberg
Accounts Manager
Brenda has a B. Comm. (Hons) in Industrial Psychology from the University of Johannesburg. Brenda started her career in human resources, as a trainee at Standard Bank. After completing the program, she joined Workgroup Systems as a generalist human resources administrator. In her next position of payroll administrator at Paramed Security, she was involved in accounting reconciliations.
Brenda was then part of a team of consultants focussed on business improvement at ABSA that entailed a study of branch processes and profitability. This experience led to an opportunity at South Net Properties, where as General Manager, she was tasked with project management, profitability forecasting, and recruitment. As financial manager at Delta Mining Corporation, her responsibilities were financial management and profitability forecasting.
Brenda also held the position of accountant /bookkeeper at African Dawn Capital, German Butchery, and Cirgon Group, which entailed processing and reconciliation of cashbooks, processing and reconciliation of debtors and creditors, monthly and annual statutory reconciliations, monthly journal entries, and monthly management reporting. Brenda joined Exactitude Consulting in June 2016.
