- Move management strategy and plan: detailed work breakdown structure with clear milestones.

- Business unit relationship management: from move preparation to execution to post move embedment.
- Business unit impact assessment workshops: aimed at gathering office space requirements including adjacencies/ co-locations, legal requirements for restricted access, physical storage requirements, move timing dependencies, and requests that deviate from the standard design principles.
- Mover lists: headcount and data analysis of moving staff maintained monthly.
- Workstyle ratio allocation: as an input into space planning - educating staff on various workstyles to enable business to allocate an appropriate workstyle to each moving staff member.
